Rationale
Free individual tier is non-negotiable. The primary value driver is adoption — developers who use Nirnex individually bring it to their teams. Gating Lane A/B behind a paywall would kill adoption before teams see the value.
Lane C gating on free tier provides natural conversion pressure: Lane C tasks are the highest-value, highest-anxiety tasks. Developers who hit the limit on those are the most motivated buyers.
